Job Description:    

·          Lead members of the group test team to deliver consistent, high quality service in line with agreed group systems procedures

·          Effectively manage transitions of test projects from various parts of the world.

·          Provide details from Ben to the Managers for metrics at the end of each period.

·          Set up the testing competency through design of test strategy, development of test policies and processes.

·          Identify and resolve resource conflicts before they occur.

·          Research and develop testing strategies with the aim of continually improving the testing process

·          Manages a group of 1 – 5 test managers and large teams of 10 to 50 people

·          Understand customer requirements.

·          Act as the primary point of contact for the senior management in the programme

·          Understand the functional requirements of a project to execute assigned tasks

·          Analysis of production defects and provide feedback.
