Sandeep Dhar, CEO as the Chief Executive Officer of Tesco HSC, Sandeep Dhar brings in decades of experience leading global organisations in competitive markets. He has worked in the retail banking, IT consulting, and business process management sectors across Asia, Europe and North America.
His leadership experience is an asset to take Tesco HSC to the next level. Sandeep joins Tesco HSC from Sapient where he was the Managing Director of its India operations. His prior experience includes senior level stints at Mphasis-EDS, ABN AMRO Bank & Citibank. He has a Bachelors degree in Physics along with an MBA. He has also completed a short Executive program from Wharton. |

Sridhar joined Tesco HSC with extensive leadership experience in IT services. Sridhar worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions‚ where as Director and Head of technology‚ he focused on providing product engineering solutions to hardware and software product companies. Prior to this‚ he was the Global Delivery Head of Planetasia (now GCI Solutions) responsible for developing and deploying e-business applications using Internet technology for enterprise customers. Additionally‚ in the past he has managed multi-million dollar projects for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the US and overseen global implementation of enterprise applications in different technologies from mainframe to internet architecture.
Sridhar is an engineering graduate from REC‚ Tiruchirapalli‚ India and holds a post graduate degree from Rutgers University‚ USA. A voracious reader of philosophy‚ Sridhar's other interests include cricket‚ badminton and long walks to gain much-needed peace amidst his hectic schedule. |

Amit has over 18 years of experience in global financial accounting and analysis. Amit leverages his experience in strategy and business operations and financial planning and management in his current role. He has held a number of executive positions including Vice President for Operations (finance & accounting) at Hewlett Packard BPO. Besides this‚ he has also held key positions at ICICI OneSource‚ American Express‚ ATS Services and Xerox India.
Amit is a qualified chartered accountant with a degree in accounting. |

Mahadevan leads the Quality Team in Tesco HSC and works closely with the Operations Development Group in UK. He is responsible for the internal process improvements and re-engineering projects. Mahadevan brings over 18 years of leadership experience in business development, operations and process excellence. He has worked in the automobile, IT and IT enabled services industry in India and the US.
Mahadevan holds an engineering degree and a post graduate diploma in Global Strategic Management from ICFAI. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI Institute, USA. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt - American Society of Quality and Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute. An avid sportsman, he enjoys playing table tennis and cricket whenever he gets some time. |

Rajesh joined Tesco HSC from GE where he had donned various executive roles for seven years. He was responsible for setting up the BPO arm for GE‚ Hungary drawing from his in-depth knowledge of BPO operations and offshore mechanisms. His past experience also includes stints with Time Warner and Worldcomm for three years. During this time‚ he gained strategic insights into the Japanese market and developed successful offshore models for global corporations.
Rajesh has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University‚ India and a post graduate degree in management from Clarion University‚ Pennsylvania‚ USA. His varied interests include cricket‚ golf‚ reading‚ exploring new places and meeting new people. |

Lokesh is responsible for taking Tesco HSC operations to the next level in order to help Tesco emerge as the world's leading retailer. As the Head of Step Change, he oversees the enhancements in designing and operating Tesco's systems and processes. Lokesh will work with the HSC operations and UK business units to identify and deliver end-to-end process improvements across the business.

Sudheesh is responsible for bringing some of the best industry talent to Tesco HSC. Matching the world-class expectations of Tesco‚ Sudheesh has helped attract and retain human capital that powers Tesco operations worldwide. Prior to his current assignment‚ Sudheesh headed the human resources team at Microland. His career began with Asian Paints where he was instrumental in setting up training programmes. Subsequently‚ he worked on an assignment on 'Organisation and Strategy' with Booz Allen and Hamilton.
Sudheesh is an electronics & communication engineering graduate and holds a post graduate degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM)‚ Kolkata‚ India. He is a member of various industry HR forums and is a popular speaker on HR-related topics. Sudheesh's interests outside work include recitation of Vedic verses and swimming. |

'Captain' is responsible for setting up the state-of-art Tesco HSC campus in record time. He manages the complete support and facilities requirements of Tesco HSC. Captain has diverse facilities management experience in companies like ICICI OneSource (formerly CustomerAsset) where he was a part of the start-up team. He has led the facilities team at Amsoft Information Services (now Valdel Corporation) and also worked with DDE Org Ltd. He spent six years with the Indian Army's Corps of Signals and later on spent six years working in Abu Dhabi.
Captain holds an honours degree in B.Sc. (Geology) from Bangalore University‚ India. His favourite pastimes include playing golf‚ travelling and studying various construction methods and techniques. |
