Sandeep Dhar, CEO at Tesco HSC, brings over 20 years of experience from leading global organisations in competitive markets. He has worked across different verticals from Retail Banking and IT Consulting to Business Process Management across Asia, Europe and North America.
Sandeep previously worked at Sapient, as the Managing Director of their India operations. His prior work experience includes senior level stints at Mphasis-EDS, ABN AMRO Bank and Citibank.
Sandeep holds a Bachelors Degree in Physics from the University of Delhi and has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IMT, Ghaziabad. He has also completed the prestigious Advanced Management Program from Wharton Business School. Sandeep is an avid student of Asian religion and philosophy, loves watching Asian cinema and takes a keen interest in electronic gadgets. |

He has held a number of executive positions including Vice President for Operations (Finance & Accounting) at Hewlett Packard BPO. Besides this‚ he has also held key positions at ICICI OneSource‚ American Express‚ ATS Services and Xerox India.

Vinod Bidarkoppa brings over 20 years of global experience in diverse operational and strategic executive IT leadership roles with global Fortune 100 companies across different verticals including Airlines, Retail Banking and Manufacturing. Vinod has lived and worked in various geographies internationally.
At Tesco HSC, Vinod is responsible for all aspects of Information Technology Services including Applications, Online retail (Tesco.com) and Infrastructure to UK, US, Central and Eastern Europe and Asia operations of Tesco. Prior to joining Tesco, Vinod served as the Director and Country Head for the Applications, Industry and BPO divisions, including Consulting and Systems Integration for Hewlett Packard (HP), India region, responsible for managing the Country P&L with end to end responsibility for strategy, growth and service delivery excellence to a diverse client base. Vinod has previously also worked across functions in senior leadership roles at EDS and Bosch.
Vinod has an MBA degree from Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University (Texas, USA) and MS degree in Computer Science from Texas Tech University (Texas, USA). He received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (REC Nagpur) India. Vinod has published thought leadership in CIO magazines in areas of IT transformation and has delivered key note addresses on Technology in multiple forums. Vinod loves playing tennis, hiking and listening to music in his spare time. |

Sanjay Dora leads the Business Services function.
Sanjay comes with 20 years of operations experience across different industries such as retail banking and telecom. He has previously held a number of executive positions including Vice President, Service Delivery for IBM in the Philippines. Sanjay has also been associated with Citigroup Global Services Limited, American Express India Ltd, Modi Xerox Ltd. in various roles.
Sanjay is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. |

Sanjeev Nagwekar‚ Director – Property Services |

Sanjeev leads the Property Services function which includes Store Design, Maintenance and Space Range and Display.
Sanjeev brings 28 years of experience across Oil & Gas, Real Estate & Retail sectors. He has lived and worked in West Africa and several cities in India.
Having worked in transnational organisations over the past two decades, he has executed large construction projects. He has spearheaded projects like development of Mega Petrol Stations, Toll Plaza’s on Expressways and development of SEZ / STPI facilities.
He was instrumental in setting up complete off shore design function including architecture, engineering, store planning, etc in India for a Fortune 500 US retail company.
Sanjeev holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Management Studies. |

Madhu Menon‚ Chief Finance and Administrative Officer |

Madhu Menon leads the Finance, Legal and Compliance, Procurement, Facilities and Administration and Information Security teams at Tesco HSC. Madhu is responsible for providing financial leadership and establishing a strong compliance, quality and control system for HSC and heading the Information Security initiatives at HSC.
Madhu has over 16 years of experience in finance and accounting, audit and business process outsourcing. Prior to joining Tesco HSC, Madhu was with MphasiS, an HP company. In his immediate previous assignment at MphasiS, he was the business leader in charge of their finance and accounting business process outsourcing business, which he was instrumental in setting up. At MphasiS, he has worked in several key roles including leading the finance and accounts function for the BPO subsidiary of MphasiS.
He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University. |

Mahadevan Iyer‚ Head - Operations Development |

Mahadevan Iyer (Maha) leads Operations Development, an internal consulting organization at Tesco HSC. He is responsible for working closely with Tesco business leaders worldwide and with the operations leaders in Tesco HSC, to deliver change solutions using a combination of business consulting, analytics and process re-engineering.
He brings with him over 20 years of leadership experience in business development, operations and process excellence. His industry experience spans across the Automobile, IT/ITes and Retail sectors, in India and abroad.
Maha holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a post graduate diploma in Global Strategic Management. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI Institute, USA and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt - American Society of Quality and Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute. An avid sportsman, he enjoys playing table tennis and cricket whenever he gets the time. |

As the Head of Human Resources at Tesco HSC (www.tescohsc.com) Dayanand Allapur (Daya) is responsible for overseeing all of the Human Resource functions including Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Global Mobility & Immigration and Corporate Communications.
He brings with him over 21 years of a well-rounded global experience in Human Resources & Business Operations having lived and worked in UK, Australia, USA and India. During these years, he has managed significant portfolios in Talent Management, Global Resource Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Change Management as well as Program Management of large initiatives. Before joining Tesco HSC, he was with Patni Americas Inc. as Vice President and Head of Human Resources, based out of Boston, USA.
Dayanand holds a masters degree in HR from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He is a certified Global Human Resource Professional (GPHR) from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). He enjoys many outdoor activities such as cross country biking, cycling, hiking, trekking, tent camping, and gardening. He also loves reading English and Kannada literature, and listening to old Kannada and Hindi music. He is actively involved in the NGO and community service organizations in the rural sector. |

Narayan Ramamoorthy‚ Head - HSC Commercial |

As the Head of Commercial, Narayan Ramamoorthy (Naru) brings with him expertise in transformational transitions, program management, service delivery and change/ BPR (Business Process Re-engineering).
Prior to Tesco HSC, Naru worked with Wipro as General Manager in the Business Process Outsourcing division where he was responsible for transitions, operations and relationship management in finance and banking. Prior to Wipro, Naru has worked with MphasiS, Thomson Financials and P&G.
Naru holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and is a Computer Science engineer from Victoria Jubilee Technological Institute, Mumbai. He likes reading and takes keen interest in music and sports. |
